Health and Massage

The Kanji above is pronounced "Yuu gou" and is the Japanese word for fusion. In this case, the fusion of Western massage and Asian energy work.

I offer Swedish, therapeutic and relaxation massage, chair massage, and sports massage. While I tailor each massage to meet the needs of my client, I tend to incorporate aspects of Polarity therapy, reflexology, neuromuscular, myofascial, positional release, and some  elements of Asian Bodywork and energy work.

I also offer Acutonics® sound therapy, which uses tuning forks on and above traditional Chinese Medicine acupuncture points, meridians, and chakras.

I'm currently offering massage services at A time to Heal   139 Billerica Road, South Lower Level in Chelmsford, MA.

Since 1993 my study and practice of , various meditation techniques, Tai Chi Chuan, and Chinese energy work (Qigong) have provided me with my own health maintenance practices that I use regularly.

I offer private and group instruction in Reiki, IET, Tai Chi Chuan and Qigong locally at A time to Heal  326 Acton Road Chelmsford, MA
